I just bought an e-gift card from Cardpool.com
So far the experience hasn’t been too good.
1. There site is very glitchy in Chrome. Had to purchase through Firefox.
2. They promise to email the Gift Card code within 24 hours. That time frame has passed, and I’m still waiting.
3. They don’t have a phone number, and they don’t reply to emails sent to customer service.
Can anyone share their experience? Have you had similar issues which you were able to resolve fairly easily?
