You can now move your available credit between Chase cards online.
In the past, this was possible to do online via secure message or by calling Chase. Now it can be managed through a new tool for credit line transfers.
A big part of your credit score is your credit utilization ratio on personal cards. That’s true on each of your cards individually and on all of your cards collectively. If you do have a big purchase to make, you can pay it off before the statement closes to avoid taking a hit to your credit score. Or you can help mitigate the effects by increasing your credit line on that card, which can be done by shifting your credit lines.
Before closing a card, you’ll want to transfer points out of that card and you can move over the credit line to another card, though you’ll need to talk to a phone rep to totally close the card and move over the full credit line.
You can’t transfer lines between consumer and business cards.
It’s a great tool to have, though it’s far more limited than what Chase phone agents can do. For example, you can’t lower your credit line as much as phone reps are able to, or drop your credit line in anticipation of applying for a new card. You also can’t transfer credit lines between different businesses and not all cards show as eligible.
If you run into those issues, just give Chase a call. But it’s still a nice tool to have!

Dan your link works for my personal cards but I can’t find the link on chase itself (to choose bus cards),
under which tab/dropdown is it?

On June 9 I did it between 2 personal cc accounts on the chase app
One you could do that agents apparently can’t is transfer from the Amazon card.

This is most likely because:
One or more of your cards is less than a year old.
Your cards don’t have enough available credit to move.
You moved credit the maximum allowed times for this period
Can always call for this. The online system is much stricter.
How often can you do this? And is there any issue with doing it frequently?
Can’t move from any co-branded card only to co-branded.
