Does it go based on transaction date or posting date?
Just FYI, I got $200 credit from Dell in June, but was changed $100 back in July by Dell after I used $200 flight credit. When I called for an explanation, they said that I was given $200 Dell credit by “mistake” and by their rules there is no $200/6month exists, but $200/year, $100/6month. Is there any $200/6month promotion in writing?
