Update: Don’t forget to link your new authorized user cards to a mileage program so that you’ll be able to transfer miles to them starting on Sunday without having to wait until the authorized user card is 90 days old!

As I wrote a few months ago, starting on Sunday, 9/1, you will have to wait 90 days after adding a authorized user before you can link that user’s frequent flyer account for mileage transfers.

If you do want to transfer points to a new authorized user without a waiting period you’ll want to do link that user’s mileage account by 8/31.

As of 9/1, you will have to wait 90 days after adding an authorized user to your account in order to link that user’s mileage account and transfer points to that user.

You can still transfer Chase points to an authorized user without any waiting period and you can transfer Citi and Capital One points between users.

Also effective on 9/1, you must pay the minimum amount due by the due date, or else you will forfeit all of the points earned during that billing period.

Will these changes affect you and what cards you use?

Does this apply to linking an authurized user’s mileage account as well, or only transferring membership rewards directly to their account?

Not worth selling points. It’s against the rules but even more so it’s much better to use yourself. Sell chase points

why not if I get an offer of 0.013 per point what use is more worth it and as much I know chase makes more problems on selling points or maybe im mixing up
