DDF members are reporting getting targeted for various offers on their Chase United card via the link above. Alas I got nothing on my United Explorer and Club cards.
It’s worth noting that in addition to the targeted offers, you always get 10K bonus miles when spending $25K in a calendar year on the Chase United Explorer card. Plus spending $25K on Chase United cards waives the flight spending requirement for Silver/Gold/Platinum status.

With the Freedom Unlimited transferring to Sapphire Reserve, does it still make sense to utilize this type of offer? Since I got those two cards, my spending on the Chase United has gone down to $0… Any reason to still keep it?
