These fares are not on sale with miles, but you can pay for the ticket with “hybrid points” if you have AMEX or Chase points and a Business Platinum or Sapphire Reserve card.

Using AMEX points:

If you have The Enhanced Business Platinum Card® from American Express OPEN you can get a 50% rebate on the airline of your choice. 

You can switch airlines by chatting with AMEX, though it will be easier to switch before you have used the $200 airline spending credit that year.

This benefit is being reduced to a 35% rebate on June 1st. However if you open or upgrade to a Business Platinum card by 5/31/17 or if you have opened or upgraded to a  Business Platinum card since 10/1/16 you will get a full year of 50% rebates from the date your card was opened or upgraded.
