I had purchased tickets for late September from Ft. Lauderdale to Cleveland a little while back (before the new pricing). We have 5 tickets and only need 2 bags. With this sale the tickets would be cheaper for our flights even with pre purchasing the 2 bags. We called and asked for the cheaper price – they said that they only do that for tickets purchased within the last 14 days. Anything older you are out of luck. Anyone have any experience with this? Should I try calling back or writing again – or this this policy set in stone?
