There’s a spelling mistake on their website; “form” instead of “from”. 🙂

Beware of flying with Infants

Care to elaborate?

jack anderson

AZ only allows a certain amount of infants per flight

Does this work from NY too? I had to…:)

Who would leave sunny Israel for ny winter in January?

norwegian and alitalia – which one is better? (same price on my dates, including luggage meal seat)

Alitalia is in bankruptcy so I think Norwegian is safer

Only departure or also return must be by mar 31?

This offer is valid to travel from 13 January 2019 until 31 March 2020 (last return to Tel Aviv).

CONSUMER BEWARE: Dishonest entity…Bait and switch. We booked premium economy seats last year JFK-TLV via Rome. Both ways, when we got to the airport, they said they had “switched aircraft and this one didn’t have the same seating configuration – no premium section”. Ended up in economy. They didn’t have our kosher meals (nor anything else that we could eat). In Rome, they gave us food vouchers. NOTHING at the Rome airport is kosher. We ended up eating fruits. It was 2 fruits and a drink per voucher. That’s all we (very apologetically) were rationed. They promised to refund the dif. All we had to do was call customer service when we get home, and explain. And thus began the ping-pong game. Never got the refund. No one to talk to. We gave up.

File DoT complaint?

Keep emailing, mention you might “seek 3rd party assistance.” We got the $ after ~5 months of emailing. Go online for emails of higher-ups, we got the $ after emailing Elizabeth Santella for a while.

What do you meant by saying “book by December 2 11:59?
That I can’t book it right now, only December 2?

They gave me issues over the phone saying they can’t use the code at the US call center since it’s for the Israeli market.
HUCA and they told me that you can only use the code online. After a lot of stubbornness (40 minutes!) they relented and figured out a way to give me the discount.

Did anyone find a flight that has a reasonable layover (i.e. less than 5 hours). All I’m seeing are 15 hours+.

“Valid for Economy, Premium Economy and Business class.”
There are various types of “Economy” and seems like not all are eligible.
Economy Promo was sold out so I couldn’t check that.
Economy Flex worked
Economy Premium worked
Economy Classic did NOT work. It brings up the following message after entering the code:
The E-coupon entered is only valid for:
Journeys made between 13/01/2020 and 31/03/2020
Tickets bought between 28/11/2019 and 02/12/2019
Rules and restrictions of the promotion specified in the dedicated page

My dates are in March, originating TLV

does return flight also have to be before 3/31?

got it! thanks! we were waiting for such a deal! now my sister has to get permission from her seminary to come back….:/

It shows up for me 442$

Does anyone know if I can book a one way and use the Black25 promo?

I successfully booked premium economy for my wife and myself together by phone using the discount code. There is one caveat here. Previously with Alitalia, in my experience several times, when booking TLV to JFK premium economy, the first leg to Rome uses smaller equipment, and we were always placed in Business for that leg of the Premium Economy fare. However, using this discount code, this time, we are in Economy for the first leg. However, upgrading to the “comfort seat” on an exit row was without charge. So it is not quite Business, but it is close to the so called Business of this smaller equipment. In any case, the booking still comes with two free checked bags for the entire intinerary.

Any reason Why it’s coming up for me $442?

My itinerary shows 2 luggages to Jfk and 1 back to tlv. Does that make sense?

I spoke to Alitalia and even though it said I had suitcases included in the Econo promo fare on their website, I do not have any suitcases included in my ticket.
They said it is $60 each way to add luggage.

Is this still happening?
