Today Only: United London Twosday Sale With Flights From 20.4K-22K Miles Each Way

United is offering saver award flights from the US to London for 22K miles each way through 11/15/22. A round-trip purchase is required. Tickets normally cost 30K miles each way.

  • Tickets must be booked by 11:59pm ET tonight.
  • Awards are valid in the Economy cabin on United/United Express carriers.
  • Seats are capacity-controlled and may not be available on all flights or days.

However I noticed that flights are also available from Newark to London from 20.7K miles and from London to Newark for 20.4K miles on select dates when you search one-way, with no round-trip purchase required.

Flights from London include the UK’s usurious APD fees, so be sure to compare the paid cost to see if it’s worth using miles for your dates. One advantage of award tickets over paid tickets is that awards from the US can be changed and cancelled for free. Plus they are regular economy fares that don’t have basic economy restrictions.
