If you pay for a few dollars of taxes with the united card, do you get the baggage benefit if you use mostly UR?

Yoyo

Why would it only cost 3000 points or so with a sapphire reserve card? Can I use regular Chase points?

Anthony DeCamp

Yes you can use the regular Chase Ultimate Rewards points but if you have a sapphire reserve then each points is worth 1.5 cents vs 1 cent.

Steven

What’s there to do there?

Tal Cohen

Great deal. Thanks! We would like to bring 1 carry on, and read that we can only order it at the gate, and will need to pay $25 gate handling charge + cost of adding 1 carry on bag. Is there a way to reduce this cost? We do not have a Chase United Explorer card or the Chase United Explorer Business Card.
