Ack! This would be great for me to bring a family member with me cheap, and I’m looking for an alternative to UA out of ewr for all my biz travel. But in August I have essential status for work and state is closed. Also in August ewr-hnl requires overnight connection or 2 stops. But, for my next trip after sukkos this might be awesome!
Now, Ive been using the nonstop on UA for last 4 trips, and I have 7x on UA so maybe I should this trip with them despite not blocking middle seats- I hate that plus their weak service on this (and every) flight! Is it worth it for most direct and lowest duration…..probably so. Maybe I’ll try for Z class if I can convince corporate. Alas I have to use my corporate card or I’d be collecting serious UR points here too.
