If you’re traveling overseas this Pesach, there’s a good chance you’ll need to daven at least one tefillah on the airplane. Did you know that on some flights, you have a window of only 60 minutes to say shema in the proper time?

Wondering when when you can eat and drink after a fast day?

Using the latest aircraft tracking technology, MyZmanim Air reliably calculates in-flight zmanim based on actual flightpath data.

This year, there’s no guessing—or needlessly losing hours of sleep. Download your personal in-flight zmanim PDF from MyZmanim Air and discover exactly when you need to daven.

MyZmanim Air. Flying halachically has never been so simple.™

who certifies this?

Iphone?

Dont see this in the iphone app store. is this only for pc use prior to flight?

That’s a bold headline. If this were based on the GPS receiver, I would be willing to rely on it to the minute. But if it’s based on past flights, why not fast an extra couple of minutes just to be sure?

From MyZmamin.com

Zmanim accuracy
When preparing inflight zmanim, we analyze actual flight paths from previous flights to ensure that our results are as accurate as possible.
However, because airtravel routes are not entirely predictable, the degree of precision achieved when computing zmanim on the ground cannot be matched when computing zmanim for the airplane. Therefore, one
should not rely on these zmanim to the last minute; rather, one should distance himself as much as possible from the relevant “zmanim boundaries”.

I used this on my recent trip and it was great. It gives you the list of the zmanim in case the plane is delayed. I found it very useful.

love it

Really cool idea

@David R: As AK pointed out, the MyZemanim website itself agrees with you. It says there that users should keep away from “zmanim boundries”. It’s pretty obvious that the bold headline your refering to was written by Dan and not by MyZemanim.

Is it free? If so, how can they afford to advertise?

Wish it would include (more) international flights to/from the USA.
