Last year you opened up a clearance section with $35 dollar shirts. There were no requirements to purchase multiples for the discount price. I think it was called the “dealroom” or something like that.

Anything similar going on? Any way to snag a ripper deal on a single shirt?

Chaim, aside from our Sea Island White, all of our white shirts are more casual and can be worn in most settings. We also shortened the tail length so that they don’t look weird when untucked.

Sshh don’t tell anyone! Just kidding. We did run the DealRoom last year- that is where we put the final few pieces of a style that is being discontinued. There is no guarantee that we will have it again this year- we won’t know until after the holiday season- depends on inventory levels.
Why get a ripper deal on one shirt if you can get a super duper ripper deal on a few? Just thinking out loud here…:)

Our Tailored Fit runs slimmer than most Slim Fit shirts out there. It’s not just about removing fabric- it’s about getting the right cut on the seams and armholes that makes a shirt look more slim. That said, every body type is different and no two shirts fit the same. We have had former CT Extra Slim people who are satisfied with our Tailored Fit and those who weren’t perfectly happy- totally depends. Feel free to give em a whirl and send them back if it’s a no-go.

I am looking for 12 french cuff tailored fit in solid blue, size 15-35. I generally buy them from Brooks Brothers once a year and it is that time of year.

Richard, we have a solid blue Sea Island shirt in French Cuff. It’s not “non-iron” but holds up nicely. It’s our second best selling shirt- very fine hand feel. The non-iron blue is sold out in your size.

Are all of your shirts button cuff unless it says french cuff?

What is the difference between the twillory print and your classic white shirt?

@Nate:
Aside from the visual differences (Print, Double Button Cuff, Blue Thread) the only other difference is the fabric. The Print is made of 100’s two-ply while the Sea Island is made of 120’s two-ply. The 120’s is more “dressy” and very fine- looks best with a suit and tie. Hope that answers your question!

Glad you like ’em! We are currently working on more non-iron styles as we speak! Since we make all of our shirts from scratch it will be a few more months before they are released.

For laundering non-irons, we recommend washing on cold, and tumble drying on low/medium heat.

How do the shirts compare to Brooks Brothers non-irons?

Just ordered 5, my brother in law has been raving about them for the last few years so I finally decided to buy a few. For this price almost can’t go wrong.

Ok fine…here are some key differences-
Our Non Irons are produced with our SafeCotton technology and are formaldehyde free. Aside from the health issues, formaldehyde bonds the fibers, giving a shirt that stiff, plasticky feel. Our non-irons are therefore much softer and more comfortable to wear. Formaldehyde also breaks down the fibers over time, causing the shirt to tear. Ours last longer.

If the size wont fit, can we exchange for another size even after promotion ends for free?

Bummer but we do not yet offer 14.5 in Traditional Fit. We will be adding it over the next few months- hang in there!

Absolutely. Our Traditional Fit is cut more generously than the Tailored Fit but is certainly slimmer than most brands’ Classic Fit. It might be wise to order both fits just to be sure- we will gladly exchange the ones that don’t work for you.

That really depends on the particular shirt you are referring to. The non irons are made of a thicker material and are less transparent. The regular shirts are made of a finer fabric and may be a little more transparent. However, with the exception of the Sea Island White (it’s a very high end, “dressy” shirt) all of our shirts are not “see through”. We also don’t like when our undershirts are visible so we made that shirts that we like:)

Good question. To be fair, the Kirkland shirts are a great value. It’s hard to find similar quality at that price. However, Twillory shirts are on the higher end of the spectrum. Specifically our non irons are different than Kirkland because they undergo a special treatment after production that makes them non-iron but without using formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is a carcinogen, makes the fabric feel like plastic, and breaks down the fibers over time- giving the shirt a shorter shelf life. Our SafeCotton shirts are formaldehyde free- the hand feel is soft and they last longer too.

How do your shirts compare to Paul Frederick non-iron? I like the slim fit in those and love the fit and feel.

I dont work for this company or anything like that but I’m not sure why you guys are comparing all these shirts to CT, paul fredrick and costco . .
This brand is a MUCH higher end quality than those other brands.
just buy one and you’ll see and if you dont like it just send it back but im pretty confident that you’ll love it just like all of us did.

I received 5 shirts that I ordered only to discover that it was the wrong fit. Sent them straight back. Why do you have very little selection for Traditional non iron shirts? I only wear non iron shirts but you have very few in traditional fit.

Sorry to hear that the Fit wasn’t perfect! To be totally transparent with you, we carry less options in Traditional Fit simply because the vast majority of shirts we sell are Tailored Fit. As we grow that is changing- we expect to be adding more constantly.

What is the different of traditional fit VS tailored fit?

The Tailored Fit will be most similar to what other brands call “Slim Fit” while the Traditional Fit is closer to a Classic Fit. This means the Traditional has more room and is less form fitting.

How does the traditional fit compare to the modern fit of vince shirts? I find that trim fit are too fit and traditional tend to be too bagy

if i buy 10 shirts will i get each one for $38.8 or i have to make two orders of 5?

The actual length of the 36/37 is 37.25 inches. The 35/35 is 35.25. Are you exactly a 36? We would suggest trying both to see which fits best- free and easy exchanges and returns so no worries.

We have never done a side by side comparison with that brand so we couldn’t say. But feel free to consider our free shipping and returns a home try-on!
