Important Prize Claim Information
Winners will be notified by phone. All prizes must be picked up at the Ten Yad Office: Tuesday, Nov. 22 from 2:00-6:00pm; Wednesday, Nov. 23 to Friday, Nov. 25, by appointment. ID required for prize pick-up. After Friday, any prize not claimed will be shipped to winner for a minimal charge.
For your convenience, upon your request, we can ship your prize to you via UPS for the cost of shipping.
I bought 186$ worth of tickets and it did not apply the promotion.
