Gl

Menu has no prices.

Yitz

Plenty of people would order without checking. Personally, I wouldn’t.

TS

If you have to ask the price, you cannot afford it!

Nechemia

Its NOT jewelry!

YMY

Excellent point.

SM

no prices… no reservation

gamliel

Agreed- it’s a total turn off. I never understood the logic of hiding prices. It probably costs them MORE in lost business.

Def true

Hocker

They are fine with you going elsewhere. Nothing to worry

ash

Why would a steakhouse make their marketing photo a drink and not a steak?

“created by people who are firm believers that WINE is greatest when shared with good company.”

BT

Would be nice to see their wine menu

Glushtygiz

Theyre trying to show that even their drinks are good bc 90% of the upscale steakhouses in NYC actually have at best mediocre drinks

Izz

I hope they have a lunch menu with affordable prices. They will be the closest place to B&H Photo offices.

Dave

I feel like “affordable” is all relative, but if you are betting on a $15 burger, fries, and Pepsi lunch special– I wouldn’t get your hopes up.

dave

Hanger steak $53
Surprise steak $75

Eli

Filet all day

Is this Eli ben Kenny?!?

Hocker

Great!

Yitz

Lol, Thinking the same thing.

Eli

Lol idk who that is

Dave

It sounds like it’s going to be on par with pricing and elegance of Reserve Cut, Barnea Bistro, Wall St Grill, so on and so forth…..

Barzilai

They have filet mignon and surprise steak on the menu. My guess is that on the frugal/profligate continuum, we’re leaning much closer to the latter.

Yossi

I see the chef is listed, who is the owner?

Yitz

Google “who owns tabernacle wine”.

BT

It’s the same people as the winery?

Yitz

Yep.

Nestled in the sun-soaked valley of the Upper Galilee in Moshav Tzuriel lies one of Israel’s newest and up-and-coming boutique wineries: Tabernacle Winery. Founded in 2017 by Kenny Rozenberg and Daryl Hagler, this family-owned winery was established with a strong passion and connection to the Land of Israel, coupled with a vision to craft world-class wines while paying ode to Israel’s wonderful terroir.
