Are these made of sterling silver?
Amateur numismatist here, I’d assume not because other wise they would tell you the weight and mark it up accordingly. Such a limited run would likely cause this to be much more expensive.

Amateur numismatist here, it’s likely because the base metal is not particularly valuable. The point of the medallion is to be commemorative, not valuable in any other way. If I had to guess, it’s likely aluminum.
If you plan on selling it make sure not to open up the box
