Dan, I ordered a Sukka from this company because of the advertisement here.
I paid the fastest expedited shipping they offered ($100)to get it here for sukkos, but they only mailed it 4 days late. When I contacted them, they said it was shipped which was not true UPS never received it. When I try reaching out, they ignored, hung up on me, and then answered me – tough luck. I almost never make issues, but being that I Had to buy another sukka as it did not come on time, it’s frustrating that they won’t take a return on something that was all their fault. The owner than asks me to call him, and then promptly screams and curses me out for lying etc.
Obviously this has nothing to do with you, and it’s not in any way your responsibility, I’m just letting you know the company reliability and honesty.
