Many people were burned badly last year from a failed home program in Orlando. Can the organizer reveal his/her full name and a real business address please? As this is a first time running program, transparency is requested before I consider looking into booking.

Hi E! The program is run by our internal Villatel team, led in this instance by our head of Kosher food and beverage, Josh Gordon, an experienced chef and program coordinator, in conjunction with an NY caterer widely regarded as one of the top two or three in the business today.
As a broader platform, Villatel has made an investment of upwards of $100MM in vacation homes in Orlando (soon to be in other markets, as well), in an effort to bring high-end brand standards to the vacation home market, which has historically been dominated by one-off owners. We have also made a significant investment in a best-in-class local management company to assist our team in curating the best possible end to end guest experience.
While we understand the hesitation about a first year program, especially given the well-publicized issues last year, we hope we can put you at ease knowing that we are not a fly-by-night company that’s rented a few homes in the area and is relying on bookings to have the financial wherewithal to follow through. Quite the opposite, actually, given that we own the homes and can rent them with or without a program at that time of year. As such, we would not consider imperiling the investment we’ve made, and the brand equity we’re building, if we were not fully confident that we can deliver every aspect of the program we’ve laid out in meticulous detail in the brochure and program directory you can find on our website.
