I wanted to say that i had an extremely positive experience with Yerent. They went above and beyond the call and helped me with what could have been a $2900 bill for me. I rented a car from Budget in Ben Gurion with my Amex and got a dent while parking in the old city. They sent me a bill for $2900, I reached out to Amex to start a claim and they tried 4 times unsuccessfully to get paperwork from budget while they had charged my card for the total damages!! I was at a loss, as a last resort I contacted Yerent who arranged my rental and within two days I had a pdf in my email with all the paperwork needed to file and process my claim!! My adjuster at Amex wanted to know how I was able to get the required info while they had no luck!! My answer was “I have a great agent in Israel”
That is actually very impressive. Definitely not something you’ll get from a typical online agency.
