The New Year is fast approaching and many people are already thinking about their New Year’s Resolutions for 2020. If your resolution is centered around building a healthier lifestyle and losing weight for the long term, HealthyWage is here to help with their innovative solution to helping participants find motivation to achieve their goals with cash prizes!

Founded in 2009, the company is built upon principles from studies by Harvard University, The University of Pennsylvania, and Carnegie Mellon, that tie financial incentives to weight loss success. Simply put, they will pay up to $10,000 in cash prizes if you are able to hit your own personal health goal.

Simply plug your weight loss goal into the calculator, answer a few questions, and reveal your prize. PLUS, right now, they are adding an additional $100 to every prize for DansDeals readers. It is free (and fun!) to play with the calculator and figure out how much you can win for achieving your goal. Once you enter, all weight verification is done via user-submitted videos on their app, available in both iOS and Android. At the end of your goal duration, if you have hit your goal, you win your prize. All payments are made via check or paypal. It’s that simple!

The program has been featured on many news outlets including The Today Show, Good Morning America, Fox and Friends, NPR, and Consumer Reports. There are many stories across the web of people who have found the money to be the ultimate motivator in weight loss. They have paid over $20 Million in cash prizes so far, and that number is growing rapidly. The average winner has lost 40 lbs. and won over $1,200!

It sounds too good to be true – but it absolutely is not.  The company has tons of success stories featured on their site and maintains an A+ rating with the BBB.

In addition to the individual HealthyWager challenge, HealthyWage has been a provider of corporate wellness programs for hundreds of companies, including many on the Fortune 500 list.

Check out HealthyWage TODAY and see for yourself. Get a head start on your New Year’s Resolution.

how do they make money

Dan fan

Was wondering the same!!

M

Wondering the same thing 🙂

Mo

They make money when you bet on yourself and dont lose the weight you were supposed to.. I’m sure it’s a very profitable business.. it’s an interesting and potentially very effective idea for anyone who responds to this type of motivation. You can win 2 grand for $100 bet if you’re really determined. Hopefully it helps a lot of people.

Yanky

what are you talking about 2 grand for $100. they wanted a $2,100 bet from me to win 300.

Jc

They are probably investing whatever money you put in.

Mike

Shame its not based on body fat %. Weight loss is so 2000s, what if I build up muscle and end up weighting the same???

Mike

I actually did it, and won!!! I joined Nutrition by Tanya and lost the weight and won!! Good incentive to lose weight.

devs

Did they do this,
Do they publicize you all over their advertising before and after?

What do I have to know before I sign up?
Any tips? Anything they do that you were surprised about?

THANKS

Mike

Most ppl don’t finish it, that’s how they make their money. I finished it by dieting and biking. I did my last weigh in and got paid the next day via PayPal

Sholom

Very misleading ad. It doesn’t mention at all that its a bet, and if you lose you have to pay and your prize size depends on how large your bet is.

E

Sholom, it’s an ADVERTISEMENT, I wouldn’t expect them to disclose that when marketing. As with any purchase (especially with a credit card), you first discover the product/service, read and understand all the terms, followed by purchasing. This may be a good idea for some, and a losing bad idea for others.

Any incentive to gain weight if you’re very underweight?

Itchakadoozie

Can’t relate. Can you phrase your question differently? Thanks. Signed, 8 million people…. 😉

I had to bet $900 to win $1100, meaning $200 profit on a $900 bet. Not very exciting

please, please take this down….hitting weight loss goals and keeping it off works for a very tiny percent of our population for the rest of us..it doesnt work! check the research and studies and it always causes disordered eating or eating disorders……

Diet advice

Yossi Muller, Barbara Berkeley and I’m sure others as well specialize in getting their clients to keep the weight off once they lose it.

dad

what I want to know is if you win do they publicize you all over their advertising before and after , that would be gross
