how many bags on continental from TLV in biz? (award ticket)
Used to be 3 but online it looks like its only 2. Can anyone confirm?

They changed it to 2x70 for tickets bought after 07/15.
Of course if you are *G or were booked with an award by a *G then it's still 3x70.

Waaaaait a second... you mean if someone books me an award flight from HIS account, and HE has *G, then I can get 3x70 bags?! Even if he's not flying with me?

With CO you get the benefits of the person who booked the award.  On your ticket will actually be the booker's OnePass number.

Can you get the benefit the other way around? If the person booking is not Gold but you are?

How many bags can I take to TLV from PHL if I am CO platinum status? They have given me different info on the phone when I have called. I get 3x 70 lbs on COntinental.

I got it from an FT'er who had a US agent pull it up in ther system and print it for them for future reference as most US agents don't know what they're talking about.

Hmm. Last sukkos I checked 3x70 on US (US*G). After all the bags were checked the agent made a comment like "you know you really got to watch the weight on the bags". So I said that I thought it was 3x70, he said they are told 3x50 but on the US website it says 3x70 (never saw it there). I'm not sure what happened there, or if the fact that my status is US made a diff, but I find if you go to FC check in, you usually have minimal hassle
