One of the bloggers suggested it has to do with status. Do you think that's at UA's end (rewarding elites) or Chase status (more valuable as a customer)?

Chase has been matching the 50k CO/UA offers for some time, granted it's YMMV.

Seems like UA by the fact that its after you login. Wouldn't Chase targeted offers be by email/letter?
Still only speculation. If we have a few more elites and non-elites reporting their offer, we may get a better picture.

I'm 1P and see the 60K offer when logged in.
In other news I just got another 30K+$50>50K+$50 UA match without any problems at all.

So hopefully they may still match the CO OPP and United MPE to the 50K offers.

I am not elite and only get the 40k offer. I am a good Chase customer though so I would imagine this is only based on United status.

I called Chase today they told me even if you have / had a united c.c. --you can still get the sign up bonus on the explorer --- I even re called a few hours later and i read them the t/c --I was told same info , has anyone got the bonus even though they had/ have a united card b4 -- I need the miles for a trip and this is only way to get the miles --do not want to waste a pull

the t/c on new untied explorer . "This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time United Airlines personal cardmembers with new accounts. Previous and existing United Airlines personal cardmembers/accounts are not eligible for this bonus offer."

Just got approved for United Explorer

Anyone get 50k (or 60k) matched recently? Do I need to mention any specific offer code or just that "I saw another offer...etc"?

Applied (for someone else) tried matching to 50k and got this response :

Yup, apparently the UA match died with the new card launch unless you are CO/UA elite.

The CO match still works though.

A sent a screenshot to a DDF'er who got the new UA card and they came back to say it only works for elites.

Is Chase matching any offers at all anymore? I tried matching the Ink Bold 80k after 5k spend offer and they told me to take a hike.
