A wiki is a platform for collaborative-editing of information. It leverages the knowledge of many, the ability to link to other sections, and the ability to compile information over time.

That's not an official definition, but hopefully it's good enough.

Basically its a bunch of articles/pages that can be added to or edited by the users. So instead of having a 75 page thread on which bonus codes work to get extra 50K points on the Plat card, there can be a collaberated list that is kept updated by all the members.

A wiki article/page can be created by anyone and edited by anyone (in this case any member with 100+ posts).

I don't mean to sound rude, and it could be that others disagree, but IMHO, editing access should only be granted to people with a basic understanding of the english language, and people who have demonstrated either knowing how to spell, or utilizing spell check.
From my understanding, the point of the wiki is to have somewhere that all information is summed up in a clear, concise, and easy to read fashion, and I don't believe spelling and punctuation errors fit that bill.
It really doesn't take too much effort, and all it takes is a little less laziness to check the spelling and grammar.

maybe we should have a wiki candidate list here, so anyone who wants can suggest additions, actually I was thinking of making a Wiki for that but I think many people are to scared/unfamiliar to actually work with such a wiki.
