Just saw this deal... sign up for a new Speedpass account to use at Exxon or Mobil and get 15 cents off per gallon for 60 days, up to 100 gallons.  You can use the Speedpass with any credit card so you can stack any other cash back/points you get for gas at Exxon or Mobil.

Correct-that is how the penfed card works. I googled it and it was confirmed that this promo does indeed stack with penfed. When using speedpass at the pump, it seems to record it with penfed as "used at the pump"

When using speedpass what price do I get? Cash or credit? Some have mentioned that when using a gas stations proprietary card or gc you get the cash price. If the same is true for speedpass and it registers as an at the pump transaction then this is the best option for racking up points at the pump.

Not sure....I just signed up for speedpass. Also, over here in Chi-town we dont see alot of separate pricing for cash vs credit

The speedpass is a transponder that you use at Exxon or Mobil and is linked to your credit card... I find it very convienent actually.  You'll either get 15 cents off per gallon as a rebate for 60 days or the gift card if you sign up for the promotion.
