This is my entry.

A SpoofCard allows you to call any (US only?) Phone number and whatever callerID you choose will be displayed to the person you are calling.

So, one entry per person, but can I post more than once? Alternatively, can I post from more than one IP address?

Here's some food for thought:
Lets say I'm calling from my house phone to a cell phone and I spoof my number to that of another cellphone from the same carrier, will it count as mobile to mobile minutes?
(at 16.6 cents a minute it probably wouldn't be worth it regardless, but I'm curious if it would work)
