Yes.
I know personally of a guy who did.
It can be done. It won't be easy because there's a glitch online for TLV that needs to be taken care of manually.

air france is running a 50% off mileage fare on some routed from the us/canada europe which includes tlv here is an image with the routes

Flying Blue 50% promo award for July/August.

Being that TLV is considered part of Europe, it'll only cost 25k/50k in Economy/Business.

It seems that from JFK, AF Affaires (business class) is not eligible. And from Montreal Voyageur (Economy) isn't eligible.

Even with the high taxes, this is a very good deal.

They're always offering this.
It's nearly impossible to get TLV at the promo rates. I don't think you can get TLV online and good luck a phone rep to give you an online promo price for TLV even if it is a website bug.
Also massive fuel surcharges.

Even if the fuel surcharges are a few hinder dollars, 70k miles saving over Delta for business is pretty good.

JFK comes and goes.
I see outbound availability, but has anyone found any return availability?
