I saw a rumor that last years all you can jet promo might be coming back again this year

I would suggest tracking that web page for changes

Not really - it's the slowest travel month of the year.

It's after summer vacation is over, the school year is just getting started, etc etc.

Although, it is a little surprising that the yomim tovim don't cancel that out.
