Ok, I'm done. They said they got the fax but won't accept a DBA as evidence. They also said the offer for that card is gone so they won't approve it anymore anyway.

I'll try to hold back the swearing and profanities until the end of tishrei.

well, applied for the 50k citi amex card and the Citi Executive card just now on day 61 since my last apps. No instant approval this time, said will review app. My fear is that since all my flurry of apps (esp the ill advised 3 BM Chase card 1 month ago; all denied, 3 pulls likely) my FICO score has gone down and was below a threshold for instant approval, just my own theory. My fears well founded, Forum? I'm at 843k lifetime AA miles and snagging two cards with bonus would have put me in reach. Thoughts? $:-\$

A pull only costs about 5 points, so that's unlikely to be the decisive factor. The probelm is that pulls are recorded separately, so Citi might have a thershold on recent pulls.

I'm not such a pro - just saying it as I understand it

i checked the fine print, didnt see anything about gcs not qualifying....

it seems first eligible purchase gets the 150, even if your charge was a dollar

I just applied about a week ago, actually still didnt get a response for 50k offer without $150. Had anyone had success with Citi adding on this bonus or similar in past?
