Sheepskin for baby/crib?

Our infant's crib mattress has that crinkly waterproof coating and he will.not.sleep.on.it. He wakes up every time he moves and we haven't gotten sleep in months. Trying to find a decently-priced sheepskin. Anyone know of anything? Much appreciated!
