Coinstar change machines always let you trade in your coins for gift cards and e-certificate gift cards without charging any commission.
Until 12/04 if you trade in at least $40 in coins for an e-certificate or gift card you will get a claim form on the e-certificate at the end of the transaction to send in to get an additional $10 GC!
(Be sure not to choose a gift card for circuit city or linens -n- things or you may be sorry!)
Be sure to check on the locator website that the coinstar location you are going to dispenses e-certificates/gift cards!
