$2.7 Billion was spent to construct The Wynn, making it the world’s most expensive resort. The Encore is a 2nd multi-billion dollar tower built adjacent to the Wynn that just opened 2 months ago.  They Wynn is often ranked among the top luxury resorts in the USA.
