Clarification On Free Skype Out…
A lot of people are posting about the free skype deal to call any number in the us/canada for free not working for them…
For the deal,
1.You must have a US based IP address.
2.If you are in the US, try redownloading the skype software.

for outside uds it seems that iff you buy a credit then you wont get charged for calls to the us

dan, i have skype and us it from Europe. i think you only get free calls if the other guy has skype.

No, if you are in the US, you can call any US/canada phone for free.

dan, im in israel and i was wondering if i can get a u.s. proxy to connect me through to skype, do u think it’ll work?
