Auto renwew link doesnt work

Thanks, I was able to ordered multiple, and did it from multiple accounts, so now I got 6 free issues, since it should automatically extend the other one.
I did this in the past already, can I reorder the same magazines again?
I placed two orders. One showed up in the subscription manager page immediately and I could turn off the auto renewal. The second order is in my order history, but did not show up in the subscription manager page (it is now two hours after I placed the orders).
“If you do not cancel the auto-renew you will be charged the renewal price at that time.” Does this mean if I don’t cancel the auto renewal within 4 hours after placing the order, I will be charged the renewal fee?
