Since American has no saver availability is it possible to book using 1 mile as 1 cent towards a flight? I know Delta lets me do that.

They also have cheap ones from ohare to Miami.

i just tried booking from 9-8 to 9-11 and the prices were nearly 300 from both JFK and LGA.
Why does Dan say if you use the Amex cards you get 3 points per dollar, and then continue with ordering with Priceline…isn`t the 3 points only if you order direct from the airline?

The airline bills you when you book on Priceline, so you get 3x and you get a better cancellation policy.
