Can anyone tell if the remote is detachable? Just trying to figure out how easy it would be to use the chair on Shabbos. (Obviously, not the massage function.)

@ Eitan.
I got this 2 months ago, the remote is detachable and can be unplugged.

mendy are u happy with product?

Honest Abe

Mendy….When you bought it how much did you buy it for? And Are you happy with it? Also …How is the seat? The reviews say it is on the flat side? Is it worth it to invest in this or wait for a better deal?

Michael

I’m a student that is in charge of ordering yearbooks for my school. I want to get a credit card to get sign up bonuses and perks and what not because I will be spending 3K-4K. What is the best card to sign up to use in this situation. I read posts about the chase freedom unlimited paired w sapphire. I currently hold a sapphire under my parents account but my name on the card. I also read about the ink business cash back. Do I need to prove a business to sign up? Which of these cards would be the best, any other ideas?

Paul

Hey Michael, that’s a very broad question and you will get a zillion different thoughts on it. However, my favorite is the Chase Ultimate Rewards program as I think Chase is the most generous and flexible with their reward points. The Chase Ink Plus is among the best to get but the spend is $5k in three months. If you have some flexibility with when you get the card, I would wait a bit to see if they will have a short term upgraded promotion to get 60k points (they’ve gone as high as 70k points a couple years ago). And, no, you don’t need an official business. I’ve signed up under my eBay seller name and it came through with no issues. With the Ink Plus, the point multiple is 5x at office supply stores…who sell visa gift cards. That means that $5,000 spend for Visa cards at staples with your ink card will you another 25k points for a total of 85k! Good luck!!

It says now that it usually ships in 2 to 5 months!

Honest Abe

And now back to our scheduled program….Anyone has any input on the actual item at hand and not credit card issues…Please let us know if you have any experience with this chair and if it is worth the kesef?

pinny

Chair is not available until the earliest Aug. 4

Honest Abe

Meh….I don’t look at that ….A lot of times it states that and then they get it in stock and it ships out right away. The real question is….Is it worth it? Anyone have any comments on their personal experience with this chair? Btw…I see Target selling this for a couple of Dollars more….I believe I saw it for $85 at Target. So is this really a Metzia?
