@Leah: We have multiple sets of these and the regular magnatiles. My kids mix these with the magna tiles all the time. I personally think the magnatiles are a drop better, but my kids love that these come with more exciting shapes. Def a good buy!
Like @stefanie says, we have both, the Magna-Tiles are somewhat of a better quality but the price-per-piece (about $1.1 for the real stuff, and only 60 cents with this deal) plus the much more verity of all sort of exciting pieces (vehicles etc.), this deal is definitely a bargain.
