Brooks Brothers retail store dress shirts are very high quality shirts. Their outlet shirts leave much to be desired, but their retail shirts have held up very well for me over the years and the non-iron fabric they use is great. They have 4 different fits to choose from, extra slim, slim, regular, and traditional.
These are much higher quality shirts than Charles Tyrwhitt, which have gone noticeably downhill in quality.

I was a long time patron until the latest redesign and relabeling which resulted in very different sizing. They’re no longer a staple shirt IMO after the traditional resizing

BB says another company runs the E cards and they will honor it tomorrow if it isn’t resolved tonight ( without taking any information , so in other words if you cry about anything we will honor it 😉 )
So I called up BB and they transfered me to the gift card deprtment, which closes at 11 pm……. What do I do next?
