“In it they divulge secret recipes from Reserve Cut’s sublime short rib tacos to Tierra Sur’s heavenly Zeppoli. They also interview owners and chef’s of the best kosher restaurants across the nation which makes for a really fun read and will yield lots of great tips.
It’s a really neat book with pictures of dishes that will make you salivate. I only wish they would have included more restaurants from abroad. There are great restaurants in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Hong Kong, and more that are very underrepresented. I ordered The restaurant recipes book a few minutes ago and realized that the price I paid was actually 17.60 before tax. Didn’t catch it due to using Amazon points. I noticed when I wanted to order another as a gift. But now it is listing as 19.36. Any idea what’s happening?
did they make a second version bc I have the other one with a different cover? is it all new? or just revamped only with some additions?

In their original book they talk about the dishes that the restaurants are known for but mostly print other recipes from the restaurant. I was very disappointed in the book.
