The not nice thing about BJ’s is that the prices are not as cheap as Costco and often more expensive even than Walmart.

Really? Tha’ts really interesting. Which part of the country are you in? Here in Cleveland, I have found BJ’s to be either comparably priced or even cheaper than Costco, AND they have a wider variety of items. Which items have you found that have been more expensive at BJ’s?

@Achshell: The BJs in NJ and smaller and more expansive then Costco. I would not pay for a BJs membership.

When these bj’s offers say for new members only does that also exclude if I was previously a member and didn’t renew my membership (after it expires)?
I got a membership from living social that is expiring soon.

Yeah I thought of that after I put us both on membership..
