Why would you sell such a stupid item. It has sugar which no one should eat. If you want oatmeal, just buy the natural stuff at you local supermarket, not this packaged garbage.

There are many Kosher items that have hechshers that are terrible for your health. In fact don’t buy any food items (other than chicken and fish) that need a hechsher. Only buy fruits and vegetables.

Freddie

To Herman

Can eating healthy help balance your mood?

Aaron

@Freddie: Good one.
But seriously, don’t be so clueless as to believe that this junk is healthy. It’s as healthy as ice cream, and no, I’m really not exaggerating. Just compare the grams of sugar.
You gots to smarten up, peeps.

Sam

Amount of sugar is not the only measure of how healthy an item is. Certainly, more sugar is less good. But there are other factors (such as fiber and other nutrients) that are certainly positive.

Aaron

@Sam: I really don’t like being rude, but that was a totally moronic statement. If i put rat poison into a bowl of cereal, would you start counting how many vitamins there are otherwise, or would you throw out the whole bowl? Go ahead, call me a health nut.

ruby

@Aaron: Moronic? That is rude and immature.
Not sure comparing rat poison to sugar is a fair analogy anyways.
Most “healthy” cereals have a decent sugar component to them as well. People purchase them anyways for the healthy aspects, sugar content notwithstanding.
That being said this oatmeal is much better than the real junk people have for breakfast.
It’s a good deal!

@Freddie:

Of course!

@R:

Yes you will be dead if you buy this garbage.

Aaron

@ruby: Uh……duh. If a “healthy” ceareal has “decent sugar component” as you call it, then it’s not real healthy is it?
There are no more excuses for being ignorant about the health effects of sugar. There are endless scientific articles as well as books and videos.
You can start by watching Dr. Robert Lustig’s Youtube video “Sugar: The Bitter Truth”.
