I placed an order on Dec 2nd with Shoe Buy for a pair of gloves they said would be shipped same day if ordered before noon. The UPS label was printed same day but the package never shipped. I’ve spoken to them multiple times since and keep being told that it’s “in processing” and that I should expect it tomorrow. Five tomorrows have come and gone but nothing has happened with that order.
No one seems to know what’s going on over there.
Same here. It said on site it would ship the same say – DEC 3rd and it still has not shipped yet. Customer service is horrible as well.

do not buy from this website. worst customer service, did not ship ugg boots that i was relying on, and now two weeks later when i called they told me it was canceled because they dont have it in stock. They offered nothing only their “aplogies” and told me they only have 6 people working there so i should understand… like i told them “i will not be buying from shoebuy.com again.” Very unprofessional.
