It says the codes will be sent once the gift card is shipped, please confirm that you actually received 2 promo codes in an email
Take the $100 gift card you got for Nordstrom. spend $100 at Nordstrom. and then return that item and request cash back. Very simple. Love Nordstrom. Dan pretty much told you what to do without saying it.

If you wait for the email, you will lose out all together… the email should arrive when it ships, usually the same or next day.

The promotional credit was added to my account BUT it appears to only work on MP3’s, VOD and Apps. This was very misleading as the language never stated there would be limitations on the credit. I have complained to Amazon.
