This sale is only being advertised on Fairmont’s Facebook page, but anyone that buys eGift cards by 4pm will receive their free bonus eGift cards.

From 1pm-4pm EDT you will receive a bonus $50 Fairmont eGift card for every increment of $250 in eGift cards that you purchase.

In other words if you buy a $500 eGift card you’ll get 2 bonus $50 eGift cards. If you buy a $2,000 eGift card you’ll get 8 bonus $50 eGift cards.
$2,000 is the largest eGift card that they sell, but you can buy multiple eGift cards and still get the bonus $50 eGift card for each $250 that you spend.  There are no limits to how many bonus eGift cards that you can receive.

You can purchase eGift cards in USD or CAD and the bonus eGift card will be in whichever currency that you purchased.

Only the eGift cards qualify for the bonus.

-eGift cards can be used at any Fairmont hotel or Willow Stream Spa to pay for rooms, as well as hotel owned/operated spa, dining, shopping, and food and beverage outlets. You can bring the eGift cards to the front desk at any time during your stay to apply them to your folio balance.
-You don’t need to be a guest to use the eGift card.
-eGift cards never expire.
-There’s no limit to how many eGift cards you can use on a stay.
-You can use part of an eGift card and retain the balance for future use.

Fairmont hotels have a relatively small footprint. You can view a map of their hotels here.  The Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver is one of my favorites (though having a lifetime of free Fairmont suites helps)  It has received awards for being the best luxury hotel in Canada.
