@Dan: I was just answering for Joil as to why one may want to get this computer with a touch screen. I myself just ordered a new laptop last week (yes I checked every deal you posted in the last few weeks) and I was stuck having to take Windows 8 though I am from the old generation (32 years old) and would have preferred Win 7.
