-This one has lifetime traffic, that one did not.
-This one has junction view/lane assist so you can see 3D signs with which lane you need to be in.
-This one has multi-destination routing, an MP3 player, as well as other features that the other one did not.
Also the other one (the 285WT) now costs $120.
