Can you use lowes gift cards to buy any other gift cards?
Can anyone confirm if the chase ink is still giving 5% on these?

No, you can’t no longer get 5x Chase reward points from Giftcard mall through paypal. This lasted until very early this month. It’s been confirmed by many people.
And registering multiple eBay accounts… you can but eBay will eventually catch up to you. You will receive warnings. On second warning, you get 15 day suspensions. Third, accounts closed. I’ve pushed my luck up to a second warning 🙂
