Well, besides for a class-action suit theres not much to do.
However chase waived the $85 fee for me due to the fiasco, so ill take 15,000 miles and 5% off continental tickets any time for free-especially because continental is one of the only airlines that doesnt have a no-fee card.
Just give chase a call and explain the situation and threaten to cancel, and you chouldnt have a problem getting the fee waived.
