My order said qualify for free shipping, but when I placed the order a shipping charge was added. I called them right away and they refunded the shipping.

This shredder is crap. I sent a few of them back because it wouldn’t un-jam. Spend more money and get a decent one. A Fellowes is good

I have one of these. It shreds 10 sheets if you are using onion skin paper! Mine already jammed several times, finally died! Sorry Dan, but this Dan will not buy this loss-leader from Staples again.
