i just ordered 2 white non-iron shirts item#8802 and the rep didn’t let me use the buy1get1free code she says because it’s on promotion for $29 instead of $59. don’t understand y i can’t use it anyways i’m not combining codes?

the shirt doesnt seem to be non-iron like the brooks brothers.
