The discount when put in for Mens Uggs takes off the discount at first but when placing the order,the error message
“Sorry but your order doesn’t meet the requirements for the promo code you’ve entered. Please remove the promo code and try again.”

thanks @Dan,got the ascot leather men’s loafer. on top of screen, it said no slaes tax (as a reason why shoebuy.com is a good retailer) and then when checking out, it said it was gonna charge me sales tax bec its being shipped to ny, but then when i finished, it seems like it didn’t charge the tax. on my cc bill, the pending charge doesn’t have sales tax… what you think @Dan? they gonna charge the tax or not?

i bought the ugg cleaner for $7 for a filler item. 2 pairs of uggs plus filler came to $110

its charging me tax on the precoupon amount 🙁
there shouldnt be tax in nyc at all for purchases under $110.
how do i have it removed.

i can’t buy the uggs slippers. the code isn’t working.

I once tried to return Uggs and they wouldn’t take them back. They were bought in store like in a Nordstrom or something like that but had no receipt. So I just sent them back explaining it (and I was first told on the phone that it would be accepted) but they rejected the return saying it’s not covered and mailed me back the boots.

Just called up shoebuy. Uggs caught on that there was a glitch in the system allowing discount to go through. The brand Uggs does not participate in promos. It has been fixed and the code no longer works.

Dead this morning and every time I’ve tried for days. But suddenly tonight it worked on Uggs. Yeah!

@Dan i ordered 2 pairs and sent one back. they confirmed receiving it and said they refunded to my visa checkout account. does that mean i dont get refunded to my credit card? i dont even know what the visa checkout is
